Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will support DSV’s logistics and manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality and resolving logistics‑related defects. You will work closely with work‑centre teams, QC inspectors and process owners to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and follow up on manufacturing issues related to logistics through regular meetings with work‑centres.
• Provide logistics input to identify defect causes via warehouse validation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Drive containment, correction and preventive actions for reported logistics issues.
• Handle work‑centre complaints, perform root‑cause analysis and propose process improvements.
• Lead site‑focal process audits and report findings on a quarterly basis.
• Draft quality instructions, guidance and stand‑downs for logistics.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics quality reports for customers.
• Conduct visual inspections of shipments and report non‑conformities.
• Support KPI achievement and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience implementing 8D and CAPA programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GDPMDS and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with quality inspection and auditing in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC literate, preferably experienced with Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
