Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with production teams to identify defects, enforce specifications, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test and sample materials, assembled parts, or finished products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment, making adjustments as needed to maintain conformance.
• Discuss inspection results with product owners and recommend corrective actions.
• Reject or discard non‑conforming products, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of testing, defect counts, re‑work, and waste.
• Document inspection outcomes in reports, logs, and the quality database.
• Collect NCR data and capture photos for non‑conformance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant quality control experience.
• At least an ITE (Institute of Technical Education) qualification.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
