Quality Inspector (QA/QC) – 4-Day Work Week in Tampines

About the role

Join a leading manufacturing company in Tampines as a Quality Inspector (QA/QC). You will be responsible for ensuring product quality and supporting operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment. The role offers a stable four‑day work week after the initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks according to established standards.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished goods.
• Identify, record, and report defects or non‑conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Uphold good housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform other quality‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and at heights when required.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in English for documentation and communication.

Required skills

• Use of inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers.
• Use of multimeters.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
