Quality Team Leader

About the role

Kimberly‑Clark is seeking a Quality Team Leader to drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at its Singapore mill. You will act as the primary quality champion, ensuring compliance with legislative, corporate and customer requirements while fostering a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance and audit of the QMS to meet internal standards and external regulations.
• Represent the mill to internal and external customers, handling issue resolution and communication.
• Monitor and report QMS performance, highlighting improvement opportunities to senior management.
• Approve or reject plans, processes, materials and products to ensure they meet customer expectations.
• Oversee supplier quality programs to enhance raw‑material quality and reliability.
• Develop, implement and maintain document‑control procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Manage, coach and develop the quality team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality management and systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications; exposure to microbiology is an advantage.
