About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team, focusing on the A1 Maincon project. The role involves managing cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract administration throughout the pre‑construction and execution phases.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate material take‑offs, labour projections and overall budget estimates during the pre‑construction phase.
Draft tender documents, analyse vendor bids and assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Track project expenses, evaluate site progress and manage cost‑value reconciliations to avoid budget overruns.
Manage contractual claims, assess variations and process interim payment valuations.
Settle final accounts and ensure proper closure of contracts.

Required profile

Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Executive‑level position suitable for candidates with relevant professional background.
