Quantity Surveyor – Full‑Time Executive Role

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore on a full‑time, executive basis. You will play a pivotal role in estimating project costs, managing tender documentation, and ensuring accurate financial reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Tabulate quantities, estimate costs and request quotations for materials and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of electrical products and associated costings.
• Update contract documents, drawings, and correspondence as projects progress.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, site valuations, and variation orders.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients to address queries and ensure timely completion of tender assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Independent, resourceful, proactive and able to work under tight timelines.
• Team‑player attitude with excellent communication skills.
