Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support the construction team by managing cost estimation, tender processes and contract administration. This role involves close interaction with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate them.
• Manage the tender closing process and submit required documentation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress claims and variation orders.
• Review construction sub‑contracts, including terms, specifications and drawings.
• Verify As‑Built drawings against completed works before client hand‑over.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or tertiary education in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar construction role.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided.
