Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team in Singapore. You will play a key part in managing project costs, supporting budgeting activities and ensuring accurate cost reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing budgets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review architectural and engineering plans to prepare detailed quantity estimates.
• Negotiate with contractors, vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site managers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cost variations and provide regular financial updates to project teams.

Required profile

• Methodical and detail‑oriented approach to cost analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and adapt negotiation strategies accordingly.
• Reliability and professionalism in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
