Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are a fast‑growing interior contracting A&A firm seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing cost aspects of projects from tender through final settlement, ensuring financial control and value optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Take off quantities, price items and prepare tender submissions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity for project scopes.
• Source sub‑contractors and suppliers, evaluate price comparisons and produce costing summaries.
• Analyse project specifications to recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims and cost control.
• Monitor project costs against schedule and budget.
• Measure work progress and evaluate contractual claims from sub‑contractors.
• Support settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub‑contractors.
• Carry out contract administration duties.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognised institution.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit‑out projects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team‑player attitude.
