Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our engineering team in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, tender documentation and Bills of Quantities for mechanical and electrical construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, designers and contractors to ensure accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in construction cost management while contributing to a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for tenders and contracts.
• Support the preparation and pricing of tender documents.
• Produce Bills of Quantities for M&E works in line with design and tender specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to verify quantities and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain cost databases and assist in cost control activities.

Required profile

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to numbers.
• Good numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude, especially for candidates with limited experience.
