Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage cost and contract activities for projects at Ministry of Education schools across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates, tenders, quotations and variation orders, and monitor project budgets.
• Evaluate subcontractor submissions, verify work progress for payment claims and handle final accounts.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation by reviewing technical specifications, pricing submissions and market rates.
• Track work orders, invoices and budget utilisation, maintain contract documentation and prepare financial reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (SISV membership preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong analytical, cost‑control and contract administration abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with industry‑standard Quantity Surveying software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary SGD 3,600‑4,200 per month (basic + allowances + bonus).
• Permanent contract.
• Six‑day work week on site at MOE schools (north or east area).
