Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contracts from inception through to completion. The role ensures cost efficiency, financial control and contractual compliance across projects while supporting timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client briefings to understand project tender scope and administer tenders.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and accurate cost estimates for commercial and retail projects.
• Enter and maintain costing data in NetSuite and ensure tender submission deadlines are met.
• Coordinate cost control and profit reporting with the Projects Team and designers.
• Check and verify subcontractors’ claims and manage project variation orders.
• Provide after‑sales service quotations to clients.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in quantity surveying within a main contractor or related field.
• Knowledge of local contract forms such as PSSCOC and SIA.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
