Quantity Surveyor (Junior Executive)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. This junior‑executive position involves supporting the full tender and post‑tender process, ensuring accurate measurement and cost control across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, carry out take‑offs and detailed measurements.
• Compile Bills of Quantities and identify any discrepancies between contracts and tender documents.
• Follow up quotations, post‑tender addenda and drawing updates.
• Submit monthly progress reports, claims and variation orders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with the site team on progress claims and additional works.
• Attend consultant meetings, prepare variation costings and finalise accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Source and confirm new subcontractors and suppliers, issue letters of award and certify their claims based on site progress.

Required profile

• Junior Executive level with a keen interest in construction cost management.
