About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role involves design & build tender submissions, budgeting, progress claims, variation orders, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

Prepare design & build tender submissions
Handle budgeting and progress claim preparation
Manage variation orders
Conduct cost control activities

Required profile

Knowledge of contract matters, technical and authority requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong team player with good communication skills
