About the role
The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor specialized in mechanical and electrical works to support project cost management and contract administration.
Key responsibilities
- Tabulate quantities, estimate costs and prepare request for quotations.
- Update contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
- Submit progress claims, site valuations and prepare variation orders.
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tenders.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of QS experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Preferable experience in an electrical engineering firm.
- Strong English communication, independent and proactive attitude.
