About the role

We are seeking a proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for Ultra Clean Technology’s Singapore office. You will ensure smooth front‑desk operations, support HR and administrative teams, and help maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages when required.
  • Handle couriers and incoming/outgoing mail, sort and distribute to relevant departments.
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure cleanliness of meeting rooms.
  • Track and replenish stationery, office and pantry supplies.
  • Negotiate with vendors for printing services such as name cards.
  • Assist HR with preparation of orientation kits, updating training matrix database, and managing locker keys.
  • Support the secretary in organizing meals, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate seasonal parking arrangements for employees.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and orders for operational and admin invoices.
  • Provide daily administrative support to HR and supervisors.
  • Process monthly transport invoices and support company transport operations.
  • Administer external training (registration, government claim processing, evaluation) and internal training (maintain database, set up e‑learning courses, track evaluations, produce dashboards, provide logistics).
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Minimum O‑Level education.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in reception or office administration.
  • Organized, meticulous, with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player with a focus on quality.
