Recruiter – Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Maneuver Marketing, a DTC health and wellness brand that grew from scratch to over $100M in annual sales, is looking for a Recruiter to join its People team and report to the Head of People. You will define and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for several roles across Ops, Tech, Growth and Creatives, acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and interview panels to define each search and set up Ashby (ATS) automations for postings, applications, assessments and interview plans
• Source passive candidates, build pipelines and run talent mapping for niche roles, using Boolean strings, X-Ray, conference mining and other alternative methods
• Keep the ATS as the single source of truth, update candidate status and give timely, positive feedback to candidates
• Run online interviews, take competency-based notes and recommend candidates to hiring managers
• Advise hiring managers on process excellence, reduce bias and share weekly TA activity reports
• Use data to refine sourcing channels, market rates and the recruitment strategy

Required profile

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally a mix of agency and in-house experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• D2C or performance marketing experience is an advantage but not required
• Proven full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with strong sourcing techniques and experience with niche, competitive roles
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills, with analytical and problem-solving abilities

Required skills

• ATS (Ashby); Google Workspace, Notion and Slack
• Sourcing: Boolean strings, X-Ray, conference mining, talent mapping, X/Twitter, Reddit, Meta
• Knowledge of Gantt charts, retro planning and SaaS tools (Asana, Monday) highly preferred
• Experience implementing AI agents to improve the TA function
