About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end hiring process and supporting our client companies in attracting top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to compile job requirement lists.
- Source suitable candidates through databases, online job portals and social media.
- Conduct interviews and screen applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience against role requirements.
- Complete onboarding paperwork for new hires.
- Promote the client company’s reputation as an attractive employer.
- Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations.
Required profile
- Hold a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Ability to conduct various interview formats.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Capability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision‑making abilities.
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
