Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level Welcome)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and manpower staffing specialist seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting your career, you will play a key part in sourcing talent, supporting operations, and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to understand manpower needs and devise effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire orientation for a smooth transition.
• Support daily operational processes, monitor performance, and track recruitment metrics.
• Assist in client management and business development by anticipating client needs and maintaining strong relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
