Recruitment Consultant – HR & Corporate Functions

About the role

We are expanding our Corporate Functions division and are looking for energetic individuals to join as Recruitment Consultants. In this role you will act as a strategic partner, driving talent acquisition across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing, and Executive Leadership functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and win new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
• Utilise advanced headhunting techniques to source, screen, and engage senior talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closure.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and talent trend insights.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality network of senior professionals and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Hunter mentality with resilience, goal‑orientation, and a performance‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
• Fast learner who can juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
