About the role

NEXadept is a boutique recruitment agency focused on elite talent acquisition for technology and financial firms. We are seeking a 360° Recruitment Consultant to own the full talent lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner for both high‑growth clients and sophisticated technical candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, and place engineers, quant developers, risk managers, and other technical talent.
• Client management: work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand technical mandates and provide market insights.
• Business development: identify and pitch to high‑growth tech and finance companies expanding internationally.
• Offer negotiation: manage complex candidate closing processes and negotiate offers.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience in technology, finance, or Web3 is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting billing targets and maintaining client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and motivation driven by high‑upside financial rewards.
