About the role

Join Randstad as a Recruitment Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering end‑to‑end talent solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across Singapore. You will receive mentorship from experienced managers and collaborate with regional teams to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life‑cycle, from business development and client account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
• Identify and acquire new client accounts while expanding existing relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring needs and share market insights.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates for roles ranging from start‑ups to global MNCs across multiple industries.
• Negotiate salary packages and provide interview coaching to candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or a related field.
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate business.
