About the role
We are looking for a driven and people‑oriented individual to join our recruitment team. You will connect candidates with suitable career opportunities while helping clients meet their hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Understand clients’ hiring requirements
- Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding arrangements
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Work towards individual and team targets
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven
