Recruitment Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Luxury Careers is expanding its Singapore operation and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on sourcing and engaging top talent for luxury retail brands. This is a 180‑degree recruitment position, meaning you will concentrate on candidate discovery and relationship building rather than client management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking and direct outreach.
• Screen and qualify candidates through structured interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Act as a trusted career advisor, guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with client‑facing consultants to match talent to active briefs.
• Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks and talent movement within the luxury retail sector.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality or any client‑facing role.
• Enjoys talking to people and helping them make career decisions.
• Motivated by targets and thrives in a results‑driven environment.
• Coachable, curious and comfortable making phone calls.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
