About the role

Dada Consultants is a Singapore‑based executive search firm focused on technology, artificial intelligence, fintech and high‑growth global markets. We partner with leading AI companies, frontier tech firms and global internet businesses to support critical hiring across Singapore and internationally.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle – sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
Recruit for corporate functions including growth, go‑to‑market, marketing, finance, HR and related areas.
Conduct market mapping and talent research across Singapore and worldwide.
Partner with high‑quality candidates and global clients on strategic hiring projects.
Stay up‑to‑date with AI industry trends and talent movement.

Required profile

Proven experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
Strong interest in AI and technology markets.
Excellent communication skills and learning agility.
Commercially driven, proactive and result‑oriented.
Thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑standard environment.
