Recruitment Consultant/Principal Consultant – Technology

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in technology, you will identify and secure top‑tier candidates for highly specialised positions such as C++ developers, algorithmic trading specialists and data engineers. You will use market insights and a consultative approach to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a client base by proactively reaching out to companies, understanding their talent needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, engage and nurture mid‑ to senior‑level technology candidates, becoming a subject‑matter expert in the recruitment market.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: coordinate interviews, manage feedback, lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition within a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with C++ and data‑engineering concepts, enabling confident discussion of technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technology and data‑related hiring markets.
• Resilient work ethic, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven setting.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
