About the role

As the Recruitment Director for Access People, you will lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments across Singapore and the broader APAC region. You will enjoy the freedom to shape your work, leverage AI‑driven sourcing tools, and benefit from a generous earnings model that rewards revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle search projects from brief to offer, ensuring high‑quality candidate shortlists.
• Develop and expand a client portfolio while collaborating with colleagues in Bangkok, Tokyo, Beijing and Hangzhou.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, delivering market insights and timely updates.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop consultants up to Principal Consultant level.
• Promote the adoption of AI and modern sourcing technologies within the team.
• Represent Access People at industry events and client meetings throughout the region.

Required profile

• Proven success in 360° recruitment within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Strong credibility and trust‑building skills with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized, accountable, and able to drive searches to closure.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share market intelligence.
• Curiosity for applying AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
