Recruitment Officer – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. This role involves sourcing candidates for the agency and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow a career in recruitment, with guidance provided. Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking reports, including candidate progress throughout different hiring stages.
• Assist with onboarding processes and necessary documentation for successful candidates.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in any field.
• Students, fresh graduates, and individuals with no prior experience are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply.
