RedHat OCP Platform Administrator – Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible

About the role

We are looking for a senior RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) Administrator to manage and optimise our Kubernetes‑based environments for enterprise applications across Singapore. The role involves end‑to‑end platform lifecycle management, automation, and close collaboration with development and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, upgrades, worker node management, namespaces and persistent storage.
• Support containerised application deployments by configuring workloads, services, routes and application settings.
• Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot pod, node, networking and storage issues, and ensure high availability.
• Perform Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration, including OS patching, maintenance and security updates.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure‑as‑code workflows using Ansible, Bash and Terraform.
• Support CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure and security teams for onboarding, platform enhancements and production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments, with proven expertise in cluster provisioning, upgrades, namespace and PV/PVC management.
• Strong background in Linux/RHEL administration, automation (Ansible, Terraform, Bash) and CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch and Kibana, and with DevSecOps practices.
