Refrigerator Onsite Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Refrigerator Onsite Technician to install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems across a range of Prism products, with a primary focus on refrigerators. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to customers while ensuring systems operate at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration units, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors and fans.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant‑related issues and perform corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system tests to verify temperature control and refrigerant levels.
• Calibrate thermostats, temperature controls and pressure switches as required.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with regulations governing refrigerants and electrical work.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory and documentation.
• Provide prompt, professional customer support and collaborate with team members and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a refrigeration technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret diagrams.
• Valid Class 3/3A driver’s licence (Singapore).
