Regional Account Director – Work Dynamics, APAC

About the role

The Regional Account Director (RAD) for Work Dynamics in the Asia Pacific region will lead JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management partnership with a major financial services client. Based in Singapore, the RAD will work closely with client leadership and cross‑functional teams across APAC to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional IFM account management, aligning delivery with agreed scope, standards and governance frameworks.
• Translate client strategic priorities into structured action plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee operational excellence, risk management and financial performance across all APAC locations.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and transformation initiatives leveraging technology and best practices.
• Manage a high‑performing integrated team, including regional engineering, governance, finance and HR partners.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in integrated facilities management or related services for large enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑country teams and delivering consistent service quality.
• Strong financial acumen, risk oversight and strategic execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence client leadership.
