About the role
As the Regional Brand Partnerships (Key Account Manager) you will drive growth for top‑global beauty and FMCG brands across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil on Shopee’s platform. The role blends strategic consulting, commercial negotiation and stakeholder orchestration to turn data into actionable plans that increase GMV, foster innovation and build long‑term brand loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional growth OKRs for a high‑priority beauty/FMCG portfolio, defining road‑maps that boost GMV and launch innovative initiatives.
- Synthesise large market data sets into clear, board‑room‑ready narratives that guide strategic decisions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between global brand decision‑makers and Shopee’s local commercial teams, managing complex stakeholder networks.
- Lead senior‑level strategic conversations, retain existing accounts and identify expansion or pilot opportunities.
- Negotiate Joint Business Plans and regional contracts that balance Shopee’s commercial interests with brand sustainability.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regional commercial, account management or brand consulting roles within high‑growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process and streamline large data volumes quickly.
- Proven capability to influence without authority and navigate senior‑level partnership dynamics.
- Resilient, growth‑oriented attitude capable of handling ambiguous and complex business situations.
