Regional Business Development Manager

About the role

The Regional Business Development Manager will drive sustainable growth across the region by partnering with distributors, executing business plans and expanding the product portfolio. This senior position focuses on boosting sales, increasing distribution reach and strengthening key account relationships within the consumer products sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with distributors to manage and grow key account business.
• Develop and implement market‑specific programs, marketing calendars and trade‑marketing plans within approved budgets.
• Monitor topline KPIs, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and conduct market checks on stock availability, competitor pricing and industry trends.
• Lead product launches and geographic or category expansion initiatives.
• Manage financial and P&L data to ensure profitable growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of key account management experience in consumer industries.
• Proven trade‑marketing experience for consumer products.
• Track record of successful product launches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
