Regional Channel Director, APAC

About the role

A global manufacturer of digital and hardware solutions is recruiting a Regional Channel Director for APAC through its recruiter, Timeo-Performance. Reporting to the General Manager, APAC, the appointee will lead the regional channel team and help adopt next-generation channel sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional channel team in APAC and facilitate the adoption of new channel sales strategies.
• Build a robust channel ecosystem and communicate the company's value proposition.
• Position the company as the preferred vendor in the market.
• Onboard distributors, resellers, system integrators, consulting organisations, ISVs and professional services organisations.
• Inspire the sales team to develop advanced solution selling concepts and foster partnerships.
• Drive recurring revenue and long-term solution sales.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of solution sales through the channel in the region.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Ability to onboard diverse partners and build partnerships.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, to engage with Chinese counterparts and stakeholders.
