Regional Commercial Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Regional Commercial Manager will lead sales and commercial activities across our tank container depots in Singapore, driving revenue growth and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Operations Managers to review depot service loading and identify gaps.
• Develop and execute depot‑specific sales plans targeting existing and new customers.
• Support senior managers in expanding the customer base and nurturing key accounts.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Lead price negotiations, set pricing strategies, and monitor market trends.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial offers in coordination with operations and customer service teams.
• Maintain sales reports, set and achieve targets, and provide accurate forecasts for budgeting.
• Negotiate contracts, assess risks, ensure compliance, and resolve disputes.
• Mentor and manage a team while coordinating with internal functions to deliver services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the tank container depot sector.
• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the tank container depot industry and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing key accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
