Regional Events & Engagement Specialist (Contract)

About the role

The Regional Events & Engagement Specialist will support the delivery of early‑talent programmes across APAC, including internships, graduate rotations and immersion experiences. Working closely with recruiters, HR partners and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure participants enjoy a seamless onboarding, learning and off‑boarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of regional early‑talent programmes in multiple APAC markets.
• Organise onboarding, learning & development sessions, engagement activities and off‑boarding for participants.
• Plan and run programme events such as networking sessions, career workshops and recognition activities.
• Draft and distribute communications to participants, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain programme records, track attendance, collect feedback and prepare metric reports.
• Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and other teams to keep timelines on track.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives, including social‑media content and campus engagement.
• Assist with scheduling, budget monitoring and vendor coordination.
