Regional Food Safety & Quality Lead (AMEA)

About the role

The Regional FSQR CoE Lead (AMEA) is responsible for driving high‑impact quality and food safety initiatives across the Asia‑Middle East‑Africa region. The role ensures that quality and food safety requirements are embedded from project design through execution and sustainment, aligning with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own large, cross‑functional quality projects with regional impact, defining scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide governance, reporting and change‑management to senior leaders, ensuring smooth transition to operations.
• Collect regional feedback to shape global policies and consolidate capital‑expenditure (Capex) requirements for compliance.
• Translate project outcomes into clear policies, procedures and standards, and coordinate training and knowledge‑sharing on platforms such as SharePoint.
• Act as a trusted quality partner, advising business units on quality and food safety throughout strategic and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑site quality or food safety projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical and change‑management capabilities.

• SharePoint for documentation and knowledge management.
