Regional Food Safety & Quality Lead (CoE) – AMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Food Safety and Quality Lead for the Center of Excellence (CoE) covering the AMEA region. The role drives transformational quality and food safety initiatives, embedding standards into greenfield and brownfield projects and other strategic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional quality projects across AMEA, defining scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead governance, reporting and change‑management activities to ensure smooth transition to operations and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Translate project outcomes into clear policies, procedures and standards, and coordinate training and documentation on platforms such as SharePoint.
• Provide expert quality and food‑safety guidance to business projects, ensuring compliance with business case requirements and global standards.
• Collect regional feedback for development of global policies, consolidate and present CAPEX needs for compliance, and influence prioritisation of food‑safety investments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex quality or food‑safety programmes in a highly matrixed, multinational environment.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, able to work with senior leaders across functions.
• Ability to drive change, develop policies and ensure consistent execution across diverse sites.
