Regional HR Business Partner - Tech Platform

About the role

A fast-growing consumer technology organisation in the travel sector is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner in Singapore. Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders across commercial and revenue-generating functions, influencing organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee engagement and business transformation. The role suits someone who wants to work directly with executive leadership and decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning and talent management
• Lead performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
• Support organisational change, transformation and employee engagement programmes
• Coach and influence senior stakeholders on people-related matters and business challenges
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive business decisions
• Work with Centres of Excellence on talent acquisition, learning, rewards and employee experience initiatives

Required profile

• Degree qualified with 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience
• Track record supporting commercial, sales or business-facing functions
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing organisational change, talent development and workforce planning
• Prior experience in technology, digital, internet, consumer, e-commerce, travel, fintech or high-growth businesses is advantageous

What we offer

• Remuneration of SG$15,000 - SG$18,000 per month (SG$180,000 - SG$216,000 per year)
