Regional Key Account Manager

About the role

DSV is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to own and grow its most strategic technology customers across the region. The role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and supply‑chain expertise to drive revenue and deepen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global account strategies into actionable regional growth plans and pursue high‑value commercial opportunities.
• Own the pipeline, forecast revenue, and exceed profitability targets through pricing, negotiations and business‑case development.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior decision‑makers, act as escalation point and lead business reviews.
• Leverage deep knowledge of technology supply chains to turn market trends into competitive advantages.
• Coordinate internal teams across air, sea, road and contract logistics to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, use insights for better forecasting and uphold best practices in account governance.

Required profile

• Highly driven, results‑oriented professional with strong ownership mindset.
• Proven track record in key account management, business development or strategic sales.
• Skilled at managing complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and influencing without authority.
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Comfortable operating in matrix organisations and using CRM/performance tools.
• Data‑informed, thrives under pressure and consistently exceeds targets.
