Regional Manager, Ads Solutions – APAC

About the role

OpenAI is looking for a Regional Manager, Ads Solutions for the APAC region, based in Singapore. You will lead a distributed team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers, driving revenue growth and shaping the future of AI‑powered advertising across dynamic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across APAC, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture.
• Own regional revenue goals and ensure execution against growth targets in multiple markets.
• Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy to accelerate advertiser adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and policy teams to bring market feedback into product development.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, technology, or related commercial leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading high‑performing sales, account management, or customer‑success teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses across international markets.
• Experience managing distributed teams across APAC and navigating diverse cultural and business environments.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and operational rigor.
