Regional Office Manager – AMEA

About the role

As the Regional Office Manager for the AMEA region, you will lead the front‑of‑house experience for Carta’s Singapore hub and ensure the office runs smoothly for employees and visitors. You will partner with People, IT and Onboarding teams to create seamless new‑hire experiences and support satellite offices across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain a best‑in‑class front‑of‑house experience for the Singapore hub.
• Own the operational infrastructure, including vendor relationships, building liaison and daily procedures.
• Ensure physical security and compliance by managing guest systems, keycard access and local safety protocols.
• Partner with Onboarding, IT and People teams to design seamless new‑hire experiences.
• Create employee‑experience moments through office events, cultural celebrations and Company Days.
• Serve as an operational resource for APAC satellite offices, traveling onsite as needed (up to 20% travel).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace experience or facilities coordination, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• People‑first professional who handles visitor interactions, employee requests and vendor issues with warmth and polish.
• Regionally adaptable, comfortable working across cultures and time zones, and willing to travel on short notice.
• Tech‑fluent with confidence in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and modern guest/access control systems.
• Clear, confident communicator in English, able to manage upward, across teams and with external partners.
