About the role
SailPoint is seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Regional Pipeline Manager to drive operational rigor, alignment, and performance across its global go‑to‑market organization. This highly visible position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, and Partner teams, turning strategy into measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a centralized demand plan across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Partner organizations.
- Facilitate cross‑functional planning sessions to align pipeline coverage, capacity, and targets.
- Identify gaps in pipeline generation and recommend corrective strategies.
- Own and run operational cadences such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Establish standard metrics and performance frameworks for the GTM organization.
- Translate data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior leadership to proactively identify performance risks and opportunities.
- Deliver executive‑level presentations with concise storylines and action plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales operations, demand planning, or pipeline management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to uncover root causes and develop strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of driving revenue outcomes through data‑driven insights.
