Regional Professional Education Manager

About the role

The Regional Professional Education Manager will lead the development and delivery of clinical and product education across Southeast Asia for Easmed. This role combines internal training, external customer education, KOL engagement and support for the Inspire Therapy portfolio, working closely with sales, clinical applications, marketing and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage Easmed’s EDGE branded professional education programmes, including workshops, dissection courses, learning journeys, demonstrations and case‑based observations for healthcare professionals.
• Establish regional education standards and scalable frameworks to ensure consistent, clinically accurate delivery.
• Recruit, train and coordinate external trainers, KOL faculty and subject‑matter experts.
• Collaborate with country teams to understand local needs, secure buy‑in and execute programmes effectively.
• Measure programme impact on brand recognition, HCP education effectiveness, customer engagement and product adoption.
• Implement the internal Professional Education framework across countries, defining onboarding, certification and continuous learning pathways.
• Develop and optimise training resources, digital learning tools and knowledge‑sharing platforms.
• Support the growth of Inspire Therapy by creating clinical pathways, building partnerships and providing commercial support.
