Regional Recruiter – Singapore

About the role

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a dynamic Regional Recruiter to join its Singapore office. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring shipboard crew members across the region, supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans while upholding Disney’s brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end full‑cycle recruitment for shipboard crew across multiple functions such as Hotel, HR, Entertainment and Marine & Technical Operations.
• Source, screen, interview and select candidates for onboard positions, ensuring alignment with Disney brand values.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies that attract talent in the Singapore and broader Asia‑Pacific market.
• Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment partners, manning agencies and hospitality schools.
• Collaborate closely with global DCL Talent Connection teams in Florida, London and The Bahamas to ensure consistent hiring standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within hospitality, cruise or entertainment sectors.
• Strong cultural insight and ability to engage talent in the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in an office‑based environment while supporting high‑volume hiring.
