Key responsibilities
- Managed full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
- Partnered with client organisations to understand hiring needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Built and maintained robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and market research.
- Advised both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks and career opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Commitment to handling all candidate information with strict confidentiality.
