Regional Retail Director – Luxury Fashion (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Retail Director to lead the retail footprint of a prestigious European luxury fashion brand across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial growth, and brand elevation across multiple boutique locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all regional stores, optimizing P&L performance and operational KPIs.
• Champion a culture of elevated clienteling, bespoke service, and omni‑channel retail excellence.
• Drive top‑line revenue, boutique productivity, and market expansion in line with corporate objectives.
• Cultivate high‑performing store teams through talent development, recruitment, and mentorship.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Regional Retail Director, Area Manager or Senior Country Manager within world‑class luxury fashion or high‑end retail houses.
• Deep expertise in South East Asian and APAC luxury market dynamics, consumer trends, and real‑estate networks.
• Expert knowledge of luxury retail operations, visual merchandising, high‑end clienteling and VIP relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership, charisma and intercultural intelligence to empower diverse regional teams.
• Native or fluent English; additional Asian or European language skills are a strong asset.
