Regional Sales Director

About the role

Avensys Services is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead business development and revenue growth for its recruitment and staffing solutions across APAC and beyond. This senior position will drive new client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, and expand the company’s footprint in multiple industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional business development strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise and mid‑market opportunities.
• Own the end‑to‑end client acquisition process, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Lead consultative and solution selling initiatives, including cross‑selling and account expansion.
• Manage RFPs, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within recruitment, staffing, or recruitment solutions.
• Proven track record of new client acquisition, revenue generation, and achieving sales targets.
• Minimum 3 years executing GCC projects and 4 years acquiring SAP managed services projects.
• Experience selling across BFSI, IT, telecom, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, logistics, and shipping.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to engage senior‑level decision makers.
