Regional Sales Manager, Indonesia

About the role

Axon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts in Indonesia, reporting to the VP Emerging Markets. Based remotely in Singapore, you will own a portfolio of law‑enforcement and government customers, driving multi‑million‑dollar deals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute complex sales strategies for both existing accounts (farming) and new opportunities (hunting).
• Maintain senior‑level relationships across customer organisations and act as a champion for long‑term partnership.
• Provide accurate pipeline forecasting, gap analysis and metrics‑driven decisions to achieve quota.
• Drive continuous improvement within the regional sales team and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in complex, consultative sales environments, preferably enterprise SaaS.
• Proven record of achieving high‑value sales targets and year‑over‑year quota attainment.
• Degree‑level education and ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across sales engineering, customer success and leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
