Regional Sales Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, adaptable Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore to drive enterprise sales of Cribl’s AI‑powered telemetry platform. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and building strong relationships with security and IT leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to exceed sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl’s solutions throughout the sales process.
• Articulate the value proposition to stakeholders from engineers to C‑level executives.
• Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales quotas.

Required profile

• 4+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise and security sales experience targeting SIEM, observability and IT personas such as CISO and CIO.
• Experience at an early‑stage start‑up (under 1,000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Track record of securing at least five new logos per year and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling through a channel‑led motion.
• Ability to generate demand in a territory and sell un‑budgeted solutions.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
